So I was watching American Idol, getting all pumped up because I could just feel that the Jonas Brothers were coming on any minute, and sure enough I was right. The music started for S.O.S and my heart jumped a beat and then I saw something……………..
ALL BOYS HAD GOT A HAIRCUT!!!!!
At that moment I started crying, yes crying, Nicks cute and adorable hair was almost gone, and only little tiny locks were now scene. Kevins “jo-fro” as one of my bffs calls it was cut even more, and Joe’s hair was trimed- the least dramatic of the bunch.
Everyone is talking about it, Perez Hilton wrote on his blog about it, even my english teacher who HATES jb!( but he’s still cool) Here is a before and after picture of Nick ( because he’s the only one who got a drastic hair cut) Please tell me what you think about it!!!

As longtime lovers and fearers of the Jonas Brothers’ awesome world-destroying power, we were pretty excited about their appearance on American Idol’s finale last night. So we feel a little weird asking this, but did anyone else find their performance kind of … blah? We mean, we’re glad to see kids actually playing instruments onstage, but the song was dull, their voices were a little reedy, and they gave an enthusiastic but not inspiring performance. We assume their squads of trained ninja assassins will hunt us down before this post is even published, so these words may go unread, but we wonder what the problem was. Were they nervous? Annoyed to be sharing the spotlight with David Archuleta, another blazing star in the firmament? Had someone told them the night’s results, ruining their hopes and dreams?
Or do they — like other world-conquerors with busy schedules — have body doubles who take care of their less important public appearances? Perhaps while these ersatz Jonases were onstage for American Idol, the real Jonases were in a meeting with the Pope, or mastering trans-dimensional multi-space.
Also, since when is John Hodgman of “I’m a PC” fame their guitarist? And why is he smirking?

Ok, so I told you that the Jonas Brothers performed at some Zoopia or something I didn’t know, but I got the name now! I’m super sorry about that! The show they performed is called Zootopia and here is an articl e from Rolling Stones about the Jonas Brothers hope you like it!
A glance around New Jersey’s Izod Center during Saturday night’s Z100 Zootopia show revealed a divided audience: there were teenage girls clutching Jonas Brothers T-shirts, tote bags and posters, and onetime-teenage girls decked out in the same attire for the recently reunited New Kids on the Block. The Jonas gang kicked off the night to earsplitting shrieks with a half-hour set of carefully choreographed rock & roll moves, down to Kevin Jonas’ guitar spins.

In addition to “Look Me in the Eyes,” “S.O.S.” and “That’s Just the Way We Roll,” the Jonases tossed in A-Ha’s “Take On Me,” a song it’s safe to say almost no one in the crowd realized was a cover. Though more than a half-dozen acts would take the stage after the Jonas Brothers, the crowd kept screeching their excitement anytime the Jersey trio’s mugs graced the arena’s screens or were mentioned by the station’s DJs.
Halfway through the nearly four-hour show the night’s other anticipated moment arrived: New Kids on the Block’s first official post-reunion concert. Their set was identical to last Friday morning’s Today show appearance, but the five singers had worked out some of the kinks. The resulting performance revealed a self-aware boy band more concerned with having fun than achieving the perfect show, as evidenced by their goofball antics and raw enthusiasm.
After a greatest-hits medley — “Step By Step,” “Hangin’ Tough,” “Please Don’t Go Girl” and “You Got It (The Right Stuff)” — and the comeback single “Summertime,” the band paused to celebrate Jordan Knight’s 38th birthday and honor their fans. “This song is for you,” Donnie Wahlberg proclaimed before “Tonight.” “This album, this tour, everything we do from now on is to pay you back.” While the sentiment was often echoed throughout the night, it felt most genuine coming from a group whose viability hinges on the support of its original fanbase.
The enthusiasm failed to peak again after NKOTB, even during a closing performance from night’s other blockbuster act, Miley Cyrus. Whether it was due to the post-bedtime set (Cyrus started at 10:45 p.m.), a string of newer songs or backlash residue from the Vanity Fair photo scandal, it took a confetti hurricane during “G.N.O. (Girl’s Night Out)” to wake the crowd up. Cyrus remained unfazed as she pranced around the stage, whipping her hair around and embodying the persona of a diva much older than her 15 years.
Zootopia’s other performers were a hodge-podge of Top 40 acts, ranging from bizarrely short one-song performances by Ferras and Sara Bareilles to a seemingly out-of-place set by Canadian pop-punkers Simple Plan and a piano rock sing-along from Gavin DeGraw that was plagued by technical issues. While OneRepublic mixed crowd favorites “Stop and Stare” and “Apologize” with two lesser-known songs that translated to a bathroom break, the energy was palpable during Danity Kane’s “Showstopper,” “Poetry” and “Damaged.” But it was Jesse McCartney’s R&B-infused performance that was the night’s true surprise, indicating that his forthcoming third LP could cement him as a Justin Timberlake for the Disney set.
Everywhere I’ve turned in the last few weeks, it seems like all I’m hearing about is the Jonas Brothers! Hmmm…where to start?
1- You guys gave the Jonas Brothers a 94% CG! Kiss of Approval!
First off, right here on our CosmoGIRL! Kiss or Dis Jonas Brothers CD poll, you guys gave them a 94% kiss! Whoa! I’ve never seen that high of a score! And from all your comments, sounds like most of you truly love them and their music! (My fave comment is from metsfobfan “The lyrics to their songs make my heart sing a happy song!” I know what you mean!)
2- Jonas Brothers fans don’t just love JB, they love CG! too. (Awww, thanks guys!)
When we were at the Jonas Brothers Samsung album release event last month, not only were the fans screaming like we haven’t heard since the *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys days, but those of you we met that day were so cool that you went out of your way to track down our CosmoGIRL! 3- Where there’s a Jonas, there’s screaming!
Who can forget the mayhem at the U.S. Open’s Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day in late August…and we happened to be there! We were just hanging out on the grounds of the USTA National Tennis Center, and all of a sudden we heard screams ring out from every direction, followed by a massive stampede. Literally everyone within our eyesight started running…and in the middle? A curly-haired brunette and his two bros. When I caught up with the Jonas Brothers later and asked them about the craziness, they said they were just as shocked about it! They wanted to take a sentimental moment to check out the small stage that they had performed at two years ago to see how far they had come (they were on the big stadium stage this time, with 23,000 screaming fans!). 4- The bros are on the top of the music charts. Which one? Every one!
I was listening to the Z100 radio station here in New York today, and what do I hear? “S.O.S.” No surprise, right? But then I started flipping stations and heard “Hold On” playing on another station…Radio Disney. With two huge hits, it’s no wonder the Jonas Brothers have become not just fan favorites, but they’ve been catching the eyes and ears of music industry execs because their album has been in the Billboard 200’s Top 12 for four weeks in a row, including two weeks in the Top 5. Not just that, “S.O.S” was the number one song on iTunes, beating every single song from High School Musical 2! Uh-oh, do Zac and Corbin need to watch their backs?
5- They can rock with the best of them…in any situation!
I must admit, I was a tad surprised to see the Jonas Brothers on the lineup for the Bamboozle concert this past May. I mean, we’re talking about a concert with Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Plain White T’s, Relient K, Amber Pacific, Sherwood, etc.! But not only did the boys fit right in…the mostly punk fans (myself included!) were singing along with all their songs! Love that! And that’s not the only event they’ve rocked lately. On one weekend they went from the West Coast for Miss Teen USA on a Friday, to the East Coast for the U.S. Open, and back to the West for the Teen Choice Awards. And all three aired on TV. Those are busy boys!
6- The Jonas craziness is just beginning!
Before their album even came out, we started hearing about all these other projects the boys are in, and, whoa, they’re all true! Right this very minute, they’re up in Canada filming a Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) (yup, just like HSM!) called Camp Rock. And before you start questioning their acting abilities, remember, they did start out as actors! Most recently you might have seen the episode of Hannah Montana that was written just for them! (How cute was Miley Cyrus when she tried to dress up like a boy to fool them?!) And they’ve also filmed a pilot for a new Disney Channel TV show. No official pick-up, but come on, doesn’t a Jonas weekly show sound like it’s gonna be a huge hit?! They just might be living more than the suite, er, sweet life in no time! 
7- Nobody can stop talking about the Jonas Brothers!
One of my fellow CG!s in the office stopped me a few weeks ago and asked me about the Jonas Brothers, and about an hour later, another one did too! And then when I was at the American Idols concert, the girl I sat next to posed a very important question to me: “Which song do you like better? ‘S.O.S.’ or ‘Hold On’?” Ha! (Sarah Jane, if you’re reading this, I’m still deciding!) And every newspaper and magazine I open, there are the JBs! (My favorite was People magazine’s three-star review saying they have “out Hanson-ed Hanson”! I agree…and I (still!) love Hanson!)
But before I force my opinion about the Jonas Brothers on you completely, I’m really curious what you think! Tons of you have already posted comments about them on our various Daily Kisses that weren’t even about them, so I figured it was time to dedicate an entire blog to them to see what you guys think! So, spill! To Jonas or not to Jonas? That is the question! Let me know!

I’m seriously having a Jonas overload! I had the BEST morning all because of our favorite guys Nick, Kevin and Joe! I was invited to a surprise concert in San Diego Ca where the Jonas hotties performed for Adobe Bluffs Elementary School! The school won a nationwide contest of over 50,000 entries for the chance to celebrate the launch of the Topps Candy Baby Bottle Pop website with the JoBros!! I was lucky enough to be invited into the press room where I got to sit up front and ask the guys questions about their daily routine, what their ultimate goals are and if Nick is really the shy one! They were totally excited to see me and gave me high fives, hugs and we took a super cute pic together!
After the press conference, I went out to the playground where there was a stage set up and the whole school was assembled. I took some awesome video and tons of pics! The guys sounded amazing and looked super cute…but thats never ahrd for them to do!! They played, S.O.S, Hello Beautiful, Hold On and Year 3000 It was the perfect way to start the day! I left with a huge grin and I can’t wait for the Burning Up tour! Who’s going??

The Jonas Brothers had 8% of the votes with their hit song” when you look me in the eyes” but is right now staying at number 2. Hey you got to admit that the Jonas Brothers are doing a good job, this song has been out since august!!!! Tell me what you think about it!
